Our AG being the legislative body and supreme authority, hence the model of the inverted pyramid opposite.
Hamadoun Cissé, president of AmCham-Mali, absolutely wants to maximize communication with the AG and have a flexible and more responsive team, which feels listened to.

The General Assembly (GA)

Is the meeting to which all members of the association are regularly invited

Board of directors

Composed of nineteen (19) members elected by the General Assembly for a term of four (4) years, renewable once (1).

The CA is the strategic and supervisory body.

The Executive Secretariat (ES)

Is composed of five (5) members. It is the executive, operational and administrative body

The Standing Committees (PC)

AmCham-Mali has ten (10) working committees. Each committee includes a president and a vice-president. Their role is to advise and assist the CA and the SE in the exercise of their respective functions.
